Annual Consumer Complaints Report

This report is produced in accordance with the Complaints Handling Standards 2008.

Between January 2018 and December 2018, ESB Energy received a total of 97 complaints from domestic consumers that were not resolved by the end of the first working day after the day the complaint was received.
